The recent SASI Sponsored Boater's Safety Course which was held at Caleb Smith State Park on April 10 & 17, was attended by 27 Sportsmen & Sportswomen. It was a huge success. In its first attempt to bring this required  8 hour course to its members, SASI had great attendance, and also a 100% pass rate.  It is possible that SASI will offer another such course in the Fall, depending upon interest.  Keep checking the website for updates.   Special thanks to Clarence at Caleb Smith, and to the instructors from the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
